• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
• Identifying and resolving technical issues
• Responding to incidents related to applications in scope
• Performing application patching, deployments, and upgrades
• Cooperating with other SME`s on solving issue
• Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems
• Developing reports for teams across the business

• Good working expiriance in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX/Linux and/or Windows based environments
• Knowledge on 2 and 3 tier application architecture
• Proven working expirance in at least one of middleware applications such as IIS, Appache, JBoss, WebLogic, Tomcat and similar
• Basic knowledge in databases such as Oracle, MS SQL and MySQL
• Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box)
• Experience with automation software (e.g., Ansible)
• Experience in working with enterprise grade software and hardware solutions, preferably in a banking environment or similar
• Programming skills will be considered as plus
• Troubleshooting skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in administration of 3rdParty banking applications (ERP, CMS, DMS, SAP, RiskGuard) within the entire IT system
• Advanced knowledge of Linux OS (bash scripting, ground-up configuration, services…).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies (AD, PowerShell, Exchange, MS SQL…).
• Knowledge of computer networks at CCNA level or equivalent.
• Knowledge of TCP / IP and basic network protocols (DNS, FTP, SSH, SFTP..);
• Proficiency in the English language
• Experience using backup software solutions
